DG® BULLET AND X2 EXHAUST Available as a slip-on or a complete system.
The complete system features a stainless steel headpipe that will slip-fit to the mid-pipe. This allows the sub-frame room to flex and prevents the pipe from cracking and breaking. The mid-pipe then leads to the CNC machined end cap. The muffler body is anodized for a durable luster and protects against scratches and nicks. The muffler body houses a screen-type spark arrestor within the CNC machined 2-piece end cap. The spark arrestor comes standard and can be removed within minutes for racing applications. The CNC machined end cap is also anodized to a maintenance free finish.
The slip-on features many of the same features as the complete system. But the slip-on will retain your stock headpipe for simple bolt-on horsepower without spending a lot.
The DG® Bullet and X2 exhaust systems gives your quad increased power from idle all the way through power curve. Bottom and top end power is increased dramatically. Up to 6 hp gain on top.
DG® BULLET EXHAUST
The Bullet mounts to the machine with CNC machined brackets that are welded before the muffler body gets anodized to a glossy finish
The CNC machined end cap also houses the screen-type spark arrestor (included)
Stainless steel inlet pipes from the head pipe all the way back. The Bullet also uses slip-fit connectors which allow for subframe flex
The Bullet features a anodized aluminum body for a durable finish
The screen-type spark arrestor comes in the Bullet and can be removed for racing applications
The Bullet complete system uses stainless steel headpipes. Stainless steel retains heat better than conventional steel which translates into increased horsepower
The stainless steel mid-pipe slip fits to the CNC machined end cap. This allows the subframe to flex without breaking the pipe. The swivel pipe springs are manufactured specifically for DG®
